The issue seems to be resolved, we're no longer seeing increased latency for past few hours. We're still collaborating with Cloudflare to understand if the issue was related to R2 or their Cache API.

The issue affected less than 1% of traffic.

We have deployed a fix and validated that users can successfully create new tokens, publish schemas and read them from the CDN.
