The upgrade process started now, we'll post updates. Expected downtime of a few minutes, in ~20 minutes from now.

We are planning to perform a major version upgrade for our production instance. The database version upgrade is from v12 to v14. We've tested this upgrade in an isolated environment and expect up to 2 minutes of downtime.
We are giving a 90-minute heads-up in order to have time to deal with upgrade issues, if any.

Hive CDN and GraphQL operations reporting should not be effected at all.
