Database configurations are updated. Waiting for metrics to confirm everything is safe before doing settings rollout in our cluster

We are updating configuration on database. Testing on staging do not see any restarts on the database. But to be on cautious side it could take up to a minute for database to restart in case something goes wrong.

We are updating some database configs which requires a restart to all the instances. We expect a few minutes of unavailability for schema publish, checks and the dashboard at this time. We do not anticipate impacts to usage reporting.
