Maintenance

Changes have been rolled out safely.

Database configurations are updated. Waiting for metrics to confirm everything is safe before doing settings rollout in our cluster

Our cloud provider, Azure, is performing maintenance for our production Postgres instance. A minor downtime is expected.
Hive CDN and usage reporting will not be affected during this maintenance.

Maintenance is now done, we didn't see any issues during the upgrade.
